The Spanish Butcher, Glasgow

June 13, 12:00pm-2:00pm

For our June lunch event, we mixed politics and business. Change, and potential change, is afoot and we were very pleased to hear Dr Kirsty Hughes, Director of the Scottish Centre on European Relations speaking at our June swib networking lunch.

Scotland’s relationship with the European Union is set to be a central part of political debate for many years. Whatever form and nature of political relationships develop, the EU will continue to be important to Scotland’s businesses, economy and society. This event provided a wide-ranging overview of the current situation.
