Aspire & Advance provides energetic and engaging Executive Coaching and Mentoring sessions designed to help business leaders and owners to transform their working lives. We work with people to understand their goals and the challenges they face, and equip them with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve those goals and overcome those challenges.
At Aspire & Advance my goal is to help you reach your full potential through Executive Coaching and Mentoring sessions tailored to you and your needs.
I work with business leaders, owners and managers to fully understand their development goals and support areas. I then build a series of bespoke coaching and mentoring sessions to help them become the best version of themselves, removing some of the stress and uncertainty from their working lives. I work with business owners who want coaching for themselves, but also for leaders within their teams.
I work with my clients to understand the challenges they face, the main things holding them back and the skills and knowledge they want to work on. This can be anything from understanding general business areas, right down to specific problems, tasks or skills.
I will be their biggest cheerleader, talking through the challenges faced in their working life. I don’t give all the answers, instead I coach and mentor clients through their goals to help develop the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to get their business edge!
I'm Janette, a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor with 30 years' experience in operational leadership and as a C Suite Executive. I have worked at a senior level in large companies such as BT, Openreach, 3 and the NHS, and now run my own consultancy businesses.
