I have worked as an employment lawyer and legal team leader, based in Scotland, but for global companies for 17 years. I can advise on navigating global governance on any transformation or change projects involving your workforce. I can provide professional and impartial investigation or hearing manager services for your Grievances, Whistleblowing or Disciplinaries. I have developed a mentoring product which is for cross-organisational networks having experienced the risk of burn out when professionals don't have an offload opportunity. I am personally passionate about the new workforce and provide a platform for them to be coached and leaders to be inspired.
