Guide to being a director

If you are interested in serving as a director of a company (or you are the director of your own company), then you may find the Guide to Directors from Morton Fraser to be a very useful read.
Primarily aimed at directors of private companies, nevertheless it is also helpful reading for those who are (or wish to be) directors of public companies or trustees of charities. In these cases, there are additional regulations and laws that apply, but this guide is an excellent starting point.
