For this event, we went to a new venue: the very stylish Browns Brasserie & Bar, within the iconic 130-year-old ex-General Post Office building.
Our speaker was the award-winning Celebrity Make-up Artist, Sara Hill. Sara was a true inspiration - funny, articulate, self-deprecating and thought-provoking - it was an excellent evening!

I thought the way the tables were organised was good and having a committee member on each table was great as that helped with any potential awkwardness and eased the introductions. I enjoyed switching tables after the main meal and got to meet lots of interesting people which was great.
Sara Hill had a fabulous story to tell and I enjoyed her honesty! Totally engaging and a very good speaker.
