November 7, 5:00pm-7:00pm

You may have heard that we are living in a VUCA world?

Volatile. Uncertain. Complex. Ambiguous.

Brexit being an obvious example.

There is a growing body of research which shows that a difference between leaders and teams that succeed in today’s diverse, complex business world, and those that don’t, is Cultural Intelligence (also known as CQ).

This taster session for swib will introduce you to the four key capabilities of Cultural Intelligence.

We’ll explore ways of enabling you to navigate and be effective working with the cultures of diverse people and organisations. An approach rooted in CQ enhances leadership, fosters more effective team work, improves international business success and enhances local inclusion.

Develop an approach to enhance your work, your leadership and the success of your organisation.

Our Trainer:

Lucy Butters is an experienced trainer, speaker and coach. Based in Glasgow, she established Elembee Ltd in 2010 and specialises in developing Cultural Intelligence to enhance leadership and effectiveness working across cultures to support international and diversity & inclusion strategies. A selection of sandwiches and light snacks will be provided, along with tea and coffee, so please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
