Reflect, Reset & Refocus with Shona Marshall of Connect Three

As 2020 draws to a close it is an ideal time to reflect on what we have learnt about ourselves, our purpose and our commitments, whatever this year has thrown at you. This practical and interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to be ‘healthily selfish’ by taking time out to explore what is important to you, your happiness and your wellbeing. We will reflect on what drives you, identify how you can leverage your strengths and what relationships you need to nurture to enable you to make conscious choices to best set yourself up for continued success. We will use the principles of an age old Japanese secret as a way to refocus your future, define the impact you want to make in 2021 and create a realistic plan ~ well, at least make a start on it!
