SWIB Wellbeing sessions are free sessions for all touching on subjects that may help to shape you and promote a healthy work life balance. Each month a guest company will host a 45 minute session.

For February we welcome Jen Kemp of s.t.i.l.l Scotland.
Anxiety coaching is a welcome stopgap between traditional resources such as a visit to the doctor, therapy or reaching for medication. In these difficult times with work, covid, homeschooling, money worries - anxiety is normal for us all!

Jen will run a session covering:

> What the STILL Method is and how does it work?
> Some top tips for dealing with anxiety
