During the months of April to June, SWIB will be showcasing our Personal Development - Let's Focus on You theme.

SWIB will be hosting a series of events and workshops to help you understand the importance of Personal Development and how it can inspire, motivate, and help you grow personally and professionally.

SWIB are delighted to welcome Hazel Robertson, Certified Time and Mindset Coach, Co-founder Everyday Impact

At Everyday Impact we help purpose-driven founders create more time. We’re on a mission to help the people solving some of the world’s biggest challenges to ditch busyness, stress and overwhelm and instead grow their business and impact with ease.

Through private coaching and online courses, we combine practical processes for prioritising, planning and decision-making, along with powerful mindset tools. We teach our clients how their brain works and the exact steps for how to manage their time by working with their brain, not against it.

Once they learn these tools, that's it for life. The time they create will compound, with spaciousness in their days and work completed in plenty of time; no rushing or last minute stress. Our clients work less and make more impact.

In her spare time, Hazel is an Explorer-in-Residence for the Royal Scottish Geographical Society and an Arctic Guide for The Polar Academy. She thrives on setting scary goals that require her to continually move through discomfort and fear - from skiing solo ski across the Hardanger plateau, traveling human powered across Alaska to raise awareness of climate change impacts or launching an international coaching and training business.
