Morven Douglas, BTO Solicitors LLP Family LawyerI have practised exclusively in the field of family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003 and deal with all aspects. This will include negotiating pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements where parties are either going to get married or are going to live together and, most commonly, want to protect the assets they already own. I also deal with divorce and the division of matrimonial property between separating spouses, and also with cohabitants’ claims, both on separation and death. I also have extensive experience in child law matters, including adoption, residence, contact, and relocation. I have a particular interest in cases with a cross-border or international element and I have been instructed by the Scottish Government in numerous cases concerning international child abduction and/or the wrongful retention of children in Scotland. I have also acted in a number of cases requiring the enforcement of English child welfare related orders in Scotland. Catherine Greig, Greig Employment Law solicitor - employment law
