I am Jen Wilson: Online Yoga & Pilates Classes

It's uncertain when we will be allowed to gather in groups again for exercise. Since mid March 2020 I have been offering my Yoga and Pilates classes online via Zoom and they have been going down SO well. Everyone is so grateful for some 'normality' and the opportunity to have an online community where they can see and have a chat to other class participants before and after class starts. Many of them have been getting their families involved too.

Both Pilates and Yoga are mindful practices connecting breath, body and mind.
Then difference:
Pilates is about bringing strength and control in to your movement with precision from start to finish.
Yoga is about bringing strength through softness and letting go, finding a space for your body where you can feel calm and settled.

Class Time Table:

Pilates Saturday 10am
Yoga Saturday 11:30am (parent & child Yoga, everyone welcome)
Pilates Monday 10am
Pilates Monday 7pm
Yoga Tuesday 6pm
Yoga Wednesday 10am
Yoga Wednesday 7pm

£10 per week for as many classes as you wish or £90 for a 10 week block SWIB members can get the 10 week block for £80
