Ellis Gin Cocktails!

If you were lucky enough to be on the Ellis Gin Virtual Tasting in May - you will know how amazing these gins are! On the Zoom call we discussed these amazing cocktails - so we are delighted to share the recipes!

Butterfly Fizz
25ml Ellis No.3 Butterfly Pea Gin
10ml Ginger and Lemongrass syrup
5ml Lime juice
Top up with Prosecco

Strawberry and Coconut Dream
25ml Ellis No.4 Pink Shimmer
25ml Coconut Rum
3 scoops strawberry ice cream (softened)
Mix everything in a cocktail shaker
Top with Pink Lemonade

BRAMBLE Cosmo Surprise
25ml Ellis No.2 Bramble Gin,
25ml Chambord,
10ml Lemon Juice
10 ml simple sugar syrup.
Cocktail Shaker – and serve over ice

Ellis Bramble Negroni
30ml No.2 Scottish Bramble gin
30ml Aperol
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Mix together in a glass and garnish with orange peel
