Trustee opportunity - Clackmannanshire Women's Aid
Clackmannanshire Women's Aid (CWA) is looking for trustees to join their board to help shape the charity's strategic direction and oversee good governance of the organisation.
Criteria
Requirements are set out in detail in the Role profile on the CWA website.
Commitment
The Board of Trustees will initially meet every 4-6 weeks, generally at the office of CWA in Alloa. Once the Board is established with new members, the intent is to reduce the frequency to quarterly meetings.
The Trustees may also meet on other occasions to discuss specific items of business or attend training. There will, from time to time, be opportunities for Trustees to join sub-groups such as Fundraising and Finance which may meet outwith the main Board meetings.
Trustees are asked for a commitment of at least one year from completion of their induction.
Remuneration
These are unpaid positions.
