Alice Thompson - Purpose Coach & Co-Founder of Social Bite
Alice Thompson is a Purpose Coach specialising in helping clients achieve personal and professional freedom by working with their "shadow self," a concept rooted in Carl Jung's teachings. After co-founding Social Bite, a cafe chain supporting the homeless, Alice faced a debilitating mental breakdown. Her recovery journey, involving therapy, ayahuasca ceremonies, and coaching, led her to a new career as a Business Coach. Today, she combines neurobiology, cognitive behavioural coaching, and breathwork to guide clients toward fulfilment and success.
Gordon White - Head of People & OD at Capability Scotland
Gordon White, with over 18 years of experience in HR leadership, is committed to empowering people to excel at work. He holds an MA in Business & Management, an MSc in Lifelong Learning & Development, and a CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources. At Capability Scotland, he leads the HR team supporting 800+ colleagues across 20+ locations, driving an inclusive vision for Scotland.
Colin Lamb - Founder & Chief Explorer at Connect Three
Colin Lamb is the Founder & Chief Explorer of Connect Three, a B-Corp dedicated to helping businesses grow and evolve. With over 10 years of experience, Colin is a dynamic development specialist focused on aligning people development with business strategy. He holds several credentials, including BA Hons, MCMI, Chartered MCIPD, and certifications in DISC and EI psychometrics.
Claire Nelson - Managing Director of the Netball Super League
Claire Nelson is a globally recognised, award-winning leader and a key figure in UK women’s sport. Formerly the CEO of Netball Scotland and founder of the Sirens Super League Franchise, she has significantly influenced the sports industry. Now, as the first Managing Director of the Netball Super League, Claire is leading the professionalisation of the domestic game in the UK.
With a background in business transformation, commercial strategy, and brand marketing, Claire is passionate about advancing women’s sport and creating a fairer future. A mother of four, she is also a sought-after speaker, inspiring women to reach their full potential.
