Join us for an engaging and insightful members only session (with lunch) designed and delivered by our very own President, Katy Morrison to help you better understand yourself and strengthen the way you connect with others.
Using a personality profile tool, this interactive workshop will explore personal preferences, communication styles and behavioural patterns. You will gain practical insight into what drives you, how you respond under pressure and how your approach may be experienced by colleagues, clients and collaborators.
Understanding yourself is the foundation of strong leadership and effective teamwork. By recognising differences in style and preference, you can reduce misunderstandings, improve collaboration and build more meaningful professional relationships. Whether you are leading a team, influencing stakeholders or navigating complex conversations, this session will equip you with greater self awareness and tools you can apply immediately.

Katy is Head of Culture & Performance at Connect Three, she is passionate about driving organisational success through the development of strong, positive workplace cultures.
She has over 16 years’ experience leading within L&D & consultancy roles both internally and as a consultant, partnering with clients within Government, public and private and 3rd sector. She likes to bring high energy and impactful design to her work and has great experience developing people at all stages from Emerging Talent to Top Directors.
Passionate within the area of Workplace Culture, Wellbeing and Inclusion & Belonging, Katy has delivered specialist talks at conferences & events to drive her messages and create sustainable impact.
