I’m a commercial leader, sales strategist and business growth specialist with extensive experience across public sector, education, FMCG, SaaS, retail, e-commerce and professional services.
Through Anson Commercial, I work with ambitious businesses that want to grow but need the commercial strategy, structure and sales capability to make it happen. I provide fractional commercial and sales leadership, commercial audits, sales strategy, revenue acceleration and sales training, helping businesses turn opportunities into sustainable growth.
I particularly enjoy working with business owners who are great at what they do but know they need to strengthen their sales, customer acquisition or commercial processes to reach the next stage.
My approach is practical, collaborative and focused on outcomes. I’m interested in understanding how a business really works - its customers, proposition, market, sales process and commercial performance, and then identifying where the biggest opportunities for improvement lie.
I’m also passionate about supporting the wider Scottish business community. I enjoy connecting with people, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for collaboration, and I’m involved with a number of organisations supporting businesses, education and the development of young people.
Outside of work, I’m a qualified yoga teacher and run wellbeing and menopause workshops. I love travel, cooking, good food and discovering great independent businesses.
