I am the Founder of Berry- a management, legal and mentoring services Company. I worked as an in-house employment lawyer for employers such as Diageo, Conde Nast, Nokia and ABB for 17 years and continue to work with the employer on their people complexity matters. This can be redundancy programs, professional and discrete workplace investigation services or employee relations complexity. I tend to offer employee relations retainer services where the HR professional needs someone to bounce about solutions with. My consultancy services are used more given AI assisting writing employee complaints now in lengthy versions so you need a professional and diligent review. I also founded mentoring programs for the law student and junior lawyer which are sponsored by law firms or legal service providers.
