I worked as an in-house employment lawyer for employers such as Diageo, Conde Nast, Nokia and ABB for 17 years and continue to work with the employer on their people matters. This can be redundancy programs, professional and discrete workplace investigation services or employee relations complexity. I can be hearing manager for HR professionals or I can draft employment contracts and review policies. My consultancy services are used more given AI assisting writing employee complaints now in lengthy versions so you need a professional and diligent review. I founded berry-mentornetworks in 2024 to bring lawyers mentoring programs and train Mentor's to be great. I founded RISE in 2026 to bring the law student coaching and mentoring programs in metaskills using SWIB coaches who I collaborate with.
