I am the Founder of Berry- a management, legal and mentoring services Company. I am a trained employment lawyer who has practiced in large in-house corporate's. I help businesses come up with creative solutions to people complexity. I am very passionate about our mentoring services being a solution to workplace tension. We train Mentor's to be great. We train Mentee's to get the most out of the meaningful relationship. We govern the programmes and bring in specialist coaches to boost the Mentee experience. I like to do this in collaboration with other business women on a sub-contractor basis.
