Creative menopause educator

Andrea Clare is founder and host of Glasgow’s largest menopause event - the Scottish ‘Pause Summit - taking place this year on World Menopause Day - Sunday 18th October. (Tickets are available now!)

Andrea is on a mission to empower women with information so they can advocate for themselves, to get the support they need and deserve.

Andrea is also an artist and creator of the HeARTfelt Hugs stationery range, designed with women in mind. The range features her original mandala artwork, ‘Waterlilies Reimagined’ and powerful affirmation ‘I am enough’.
